What we cannot accept for change of mind returns:

🐾 When will this arrive?
Standard NZ delivery is North Island 1-2 business days, South Island 2-4 business days. 
Rural addresses add a day. You'll get tracking information as soon as it ships.

🐾What if the dog has allergies or a special diet?
Every box lists exactly what's inside. If there's a specific allergy or diet,
email us: woof@pawsomepoochparcels.co.nz
before ordering and we'll swap items for you.

🐾 What if something goes wrong with the delivery?
Send us a photo within 24 hours and we'll sort it. Every parcel is packed carefully but sometimes couriers happen. You're not on your own if it does.

🐾 What size dogs are the boxes suitable for?
Our gift boxes are designed for dogs of all sizes! We include a variety of treat sizes and toy options that work for small, medium, and large dogs.
