Each Pawsome Pooch Parcel is carefully curated with a mixture of premium treats, toys, and goodies. Every box contains quality items selected for dogs of all sizes. We focus on natural treats, engaging toys, and special surprises that will have tails wagging!

🐾 Are the treats safe for all dogs?

We choose natural, wholesome treats with no added nasties. Most of our treat products are NZ produced. All product lists are provided with each box so you can review the ingredients before your dog enjoys their treats. If your dog has specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please check the product details to ensure the box is suitable before ordering.

🐾 Can I send a box as a gift?

Absolutely! We love helping you surprise fellow dog lovers and their furry friends. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout and include your personalized gift message - we'll make sure it's included with their special delivery. Perfect for birthdays, new adoptions, or just because!

🐾 What size dogs are the boxes suitable for?

Our gift boxes are designed for dogs of all sizes! We include a variety of treat sizes and toy options that work for small, medium, and large dogs.

🐾 How long does shipping take?

North Island: 1-2 business days
South Island: 2-3 business days
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed after midday Friday or over weekends ship the next working day.

🐾 Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We deliver happiness to dogs across all of New Zealand. Every box comes with tracking so you can follow your parcel's journey.

🐾 Can I send a gift box directly to someone else?

Absolutely! We love helping you surprise fellow dog lovers. Just provide the recipient's address at checkout, and we can include a personalised gift message if you'd like.

🐾 What if my dog doesn't like something in the box?

While our Chief Tasting Officer approves every item, we know every dog has unique preferences! That's why we provide detailed product information and ingredient lists for everything in each box, so you know exactly what you're ordering. Each box is carefully curated as a complete experience, and all items are included as shown.

🐾 Do you offer subscriptions?

Each box is a one-time purchase, we don't offer subscriptions.

🐾 Do you offer bulk orders?

Yes! For orders of 10+ boxes. Please email us at woof@pawsomepoochparcels.co.nz with your requirements and we'll create a special quote for you. Bulk orders require a few extra days lead time to ensure we can source enough premium products.

🐾 How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your box is dispatched. You can follow your parcel's journey right to your door!

🐾 Do you ship outside of NZ?

At this stage, we deliver across New Zealand only, but watch this space as we grow!
