About Us

The idea for Pawsome Pooch Parcels began with a very special Labrador named Picton. When Picton needed emergency surgery to save his life, we wanted to send him a care package filled with love, his favourite treats, a cuddly toy, and something to make his tail wag again.
Creating that simple gift box meant running from the pet store to the gift shop, then to the post office to pack and send it. That’s when the idea struck: why not make it easier for people to share joy with the dogs they love?

From that moment, Pawsome Pooch Parcels was born. Each box is thoughtfully curated to celebrate life’s big moments; Birthdays, Adoptions, Get Well Soon, Welcome Home, Seasonal holidays or simply to remind a four-legged friend how loved they are.
We believe in supporting New Zealand businesses, so you’ll find many local brands and products inside, carefully chosen for quality and wag-worthy delight.

Our mission is simple: to make gifting for dogs as special, stylish, and heartwarming as gifting for people. Every parcel is packed with care, wrapped with love, and designed to bring out of control zoomies the moment it’s opened!

And of course, before the courier collects, each box gets the final stamp of approval from our Chief Tasting Officer, he's a black Lab who takes his job very seriously knowing another pooch is in for the best surprise!!
