At Pawsome Pooch Parcels, we are committed to getting your items to you safely and efficiently. Here's what you need to know about our shipping policy:

FREE standard shipping on orders over $150 to a single address

NI - Standard shipping flat fee - $9.99
SI - Standard shipping flat fee - $18.99

NI Rural - $14.99
SI Rural - $ 18.99

Express:
NI-Non rural address only - $29.00
SI-Non rural address only -$42.00

  • North Island Standard Shipping: 1–2 business days (NZ)
  • South Island Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days (NZ)
  • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday
  • Orders placed after 2pm Friday or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday, unless it's a public holiday).
  • For orders placed Monday to Thursday after 2pm, your order will be dispatched the following business day.
  • ✨ All orders are tracked, and tracking details will be emailed to you
