Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you (and your dog!) to be completely happy with your gift box. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help, email us at woof@pawsomepoochparcels.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order

Damaged or incorrect items
In the very unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please get in touch straight away (within 2 days) so we can sort it out promptly. Email us at woof@pawsomepoochparcels.co.nz

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging unless they have arrived faulty.

Exchanges/Refunds
We do not accept exchanges, and we’re unable to refund change-of-mind purchases due to the nature of our products.
