Pawsome Pooch Parcels Returns Policy

We want every tail-wag to be a happy one. Here's how returns work:

Return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for return:
🐾 Defective or damaged items: full refund. We cover return shipping. Photo of the damage required.
🐾 Wrong item received: full refund. We cover return shipping.
🐾 Change of mind (unopened items only) Full refund minus original shipping. Customer covers return shipping. Box and all contents must be unopened and in original condition.

What we cannot accept for change of mind returns:
🐾 Opened items
🐾 Food/treats (for hygiene and safety reasons)
🐾 Personalised products (including hand-written cards addressed to your dog)

How to initiate a return:
🐾 Email woof@pawsomepoochparcels.co.nz within 30 days of delivery
🐾 Include your order number and reason for return
🐾 Attach photos for defective/damaged items
🐾 We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions

Refunds:
🐾 Processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned item
🐾 Issued to your original payment method

Your rights under NZ Consumer Guarantees Act apply regardless of this policy.
